All memorial products are carefully prepared and packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days once full payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

We ship New Zealand–wide using trusted local courier services such as NZ Post or CourierPost.
Typical delivery timeframes are:
Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
Rural delivery: 5–10 business days
