1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
• Physical Products: You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery if the item is defective or not delivered as described. Items must then be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. All request will be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Digital Products: Refunds are available only if the product is defective or not delivered as described. Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Services: If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 30 days of the service date. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Processing
• Once we receive your request and approve the refund, we will issue it back to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].
• If applicable, shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs (for physical products) are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
5. Exchanges
